Tech Inc.-Flat Sheet Casting Machine

There are two configurations of the TechCAST available - The TechCAST and the TechCAST Pro. The main upgrade with the Pro model is the presence of a heating system on the flatsheet bed which can adjust the temperature of the casting bed based on requirement and is suitable for the casting of membranes for a wider range of applications.

1. Polymer Dope solution poured on to Glass plate within the area covered by precision blade

2. Membrane Thickness controlled through Micrometer arrangement on either side of the blade

3. Precision Blade drawn forward through motorized arrangement for uniform thickness of Dope solution

4. Speed of Blade settable by knob control manually. Cast Glass Plate manually removed & dipped into coagulation Bath for Membrane formation.
