The Automatic Flat Sheet Roller Casting machine with Dip Coating and heating facility is used to coat a variety of polymers in a substrate.
Coating is on a continuous basis (Up to 15 m) through a VFD controlled stepper motor.
The RPM of the drive is adjustable & hence the speed of roll coating is adjustable.
